Our staffed events include all tables and linens for buffet food service, heavy-duty disposables, napkins, utensils, and plates. Food will be maintained at proper serving temperature and protected from the outdoor elements as necessary. Our menus are based on 300 people with a full staff to set up and serve.

-Groups under 300 people add $1.00 perĀ guest
-$1,250 minimum charge to BBQ onĀ site
