Our staffed events include all tables and linens for buffet food service, heavy-duty disposables, napkins, utensils, and plates. Food will be maintained at proper serving temperature and protected from the outdoor elements as necessary. Our menus are based on 300 people with a full staff to set up and serve.

Terms

-Sales tax additional, 15% service charge will be added to all events
-50% deposit required to confirm your event with balance due at event
-Groups under 300 people add $1.00 per guest
-$1,250 minimum charge to BBQ on site
-Cancellations and postponements are subject to terms in contract
-Prices and terms are subject to change without notice

-All our menus are designed to provide plenty of food for your final guest count
-Please remember that all food is for consumption at the event site and may not be taken home
-Prices are based on a 2-hour serving time
